It was relatively safe and the staff were friendly

There was no “queen deluxe room with jacuzzi”. There was no hairdryer. There was no washing machine as mentioned. The iron was broken and only worked on high temperatures. The pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. There was no counter top for cutlery and the kettle. The extension cord was extremely inconvenient and I had to continuously unplug the kettle or microwave to plug something else in. My bin was not cleaned regularly. The sheets were dirty. Things were dusty, especially the inside of the cupboards which I cleaned myself. There were two occasions where I did not have hot water.
