Do lapso da equipe de limpeza a falta de organização não colocando os produtos de banho no apartamento, o que provocou uma saída para aquisição dos produtos. Informada a gestão, estes enquanto pessoas responsáveis simplesmente traduziram esta grande falha num pedido de desculpa o que no caso se compara à simples posição de quem não Ligou nada ao assunto.

Lay out of apartment and location

In processing requires sending a copy of the passport and face picture. I asked if it was in accordance with GDPR and they didn't answer. The apartment was not ready at check in, we had to wait one more hour inside for them to finish cleaning, and it wasn't completely cleaned even after they finished. We had to deal for 3 days with an insupportable smell in the bathroom. And as it was not enough, at the end they released the invoice after 5 working days, not at the checkout, which I find not admissible.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and location was excellent.

The parking space was very narrow and almost impossible to get into. This was the only minus.

Comfortable beds. Airco, and Free parking garage, Washing machine, Balcony with a beautiful view. Tv with Chromecast, good customer service. Nice kitchen, although a bit empty with a lot of cupboards/space.

145 euros for cleaning could have been more justified! The shower drains were congested. Slow drainage. Add some standing lights with warm yellow color bulbs for the evenings in the bedroom and living room. The spot lights are too intense. There was some construction both outside and inside drilling throughout my stay which was unfortunate. It happens. Check the batteries and remotes, some don't work. Tv remote right click was broken.
