Excellent location to wander about historic Rochester -- only yards to the castle, cathedral and high street redolent of Dickens and much more. Warm and comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Very nice to be met by the hostess on arrival who helpfully introduced us to the apartment and where we could park ,shop and places to visit. We came by car but it would be very easy to travel by train -- the station being only a few minutes walk away.

"Superb"

We spent 3 nights in the apartment. Everything was great, the apartment was very well equipped and clean. The hosts were really great, thanks for the warm welcome, fresh bread and milk, kids were happy with the different cereals. The station is within walking distance, very convenient for day trips to London.

The apartment was clean, spacious and made child proof for our stay, with a baby gate and door guards to prevent trapped fingers. Mark was an excellent host who did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely come back again.

There are a lot of stairs to the apartment. This wasn’t a problem for us and had no impact upon our stay but may be more of a problem for those who require accommodated accessibility.

The property is perfectly located for Rochester’s main restaurants bars and sights. It’s spotlessly clean and immaculate throughout. The hosts are so welcoming, knowledgeable about the area, very helpful and genuinely lovely people. Highly recommend. Would definitely return.

Nothing to dislike. It’s perfect.
