スタッフの方にとても親切に対応いただいたこと(荷物が多く、チェックアウト当日の一時預かりについて相談しました)

ランドリールームで洗濯機を使いたかったが、2機ある洗濯機はすでに使用中。洗濯が終わるまでの時間が洗濯機に表示されておりあと数分(3,4分だったと記憶)となっていたのでそのまま待っていたが、預けた宿泊者が洗濯物の回収になかなか来なくて10分ほど待ったこと。 洗濯機がもう少しあると助かります
