Close to train station and amenities, cheap.

Not the cleanest, quite dark

There were a few way to get to the place I wanted to go, one of the staff helped/ explained me by fastest, easiest and the cheapest. Very helpful and friendly.

The room is an old fashion "KEY" and you have to manually lock every time you going out or back in the room. Try not to forget to look the door.

it is difficult to find a hotel with 3 beds in Japan. This managed to make it work. The Main Street, one block behind, had many restaurants and shops. it was a 10 minute walk to the train. Yokohama seaside is easily accessible. We visited specifically to go to the Gundam Factory.

The location was on a sex shop street. it was quiet and not dangerous, but if you needed to know, the website doesn’t tell you about the immediate neighborhood. Locals consider this a sketchy area, but not from random acts of violence.
