Absolutely nothing. Service was poor! From the owner to the staff, the food everything. So much so that we did not stay our full stay, we rebooted at a better more comfortable lodge.

When my husband & I arrived at the lodge, we were taken to out room that was unsanitary. We then requested to speak to the manager who assured us a new room. Unfortunately we were not able to get the new room immediately as it needed to be cleaned. After a 4 hour drive to the lodge you can imagine we were not pleased. When supper came around we had only one option and a few sides that we did not prefer. There is no menu. When we woke up the next morning we saw a black snake on our deck which scared us, we called for assistance and waited 20min with no one to our rescue. We decided to take a chance and walk to reception. When we reached reception there was not much variety for breakfast so we decided to skip the meal. We queried about supper but the chef informed us that she did not know what was on the menu and we had to wait for supper. Very very unpleasant experience. I would like a refund for not staying the full stay or indulging in any meals.

Absolutely brilliant staff, you couldn't ask for more! Accommodating, friendly, no ask was too much. The food was divine and Mlo can organise anything you want to see!

Housekeeping: didn't get bubbles for the jacuzzi even though we asked twice and toilet paper wasn't replaced, even though I phoned to ask.

We enjoyed the room and the location. The glass walls were amazing at night especially to watch the animals in their natural habitat. We enjoyed being one with nature. Mlu was amazing and super friendly and helpful. He shared so much of valuable information about the place… he is Awesome.

The restaurant on the website shows that it is an actual restaurant with a menu, Where we had an option of ordering food when we wanted to order. We did not carry any extra food as we planned to order from the restaurant but upon arrival we were told that it’s just a buffet and we could join in for supper at 7pm and breakfast at 7:30am. That was a bit disappointing because we were quite hungry upon arrival and was told to drive into town.

Extremely quite and isolated from the rest of the world, great staff made me feel special and always willing to help

The owners every night at the restaurant area made the vibe very stiff and uncomfortable
