La Spianà

Stayed here for one night and was greeted by a lovely lady waiting for us. There was a lovely couple also staying at the property and made us so welcome. The property is spotless and very modern and ideal for a cheap get away. Was a brilliant end to the holiday to stay in a property with shared living quarters, lets you get to know people and we certainly did find amazing kind people, offered to make our breakfast and booked our taxi back to the airport. Thank you so much, if your reading this you know who you are 😘 Perfect place to stay and not a bad word to say 😀👍

All is clean and fresh renovated. Well secured house and friendly host.

The host is very kind and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. However, there are a few important things to be aware of. The property does not have a private parking space, as stated in the description — only public parking nearby. The kitchen and breakfast area are shared with other guests, and the breakfast is not served, but rather consists of groceries that you need to prepare yourself. In reality, you are sharing a two-bedroom apartment with strangers, which was not fully clear from the listing. It’s important for future guests to know what to expect.

Very nice apartment, maintained perfectly. The hosts have met us and explained everything needed, including public transportation from the center. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen, dining and living room are for both.
