Spacious room with a beach view and good location, helpful staff, and a comfortable stay — a great base for our first and last night in Sri Lanka.

Bathroom was hot with no AC but it was fine and not an issue.

The property was very spacious and clean The bed was huge and the view was lovely from the window The owner and the host were very helpful and very friendly Thank you

"Stayed only one night before our flight home - wish we had stayed longer."

Great location, right on the beach with many restaurants nearby. Large room with excellent view. Housekeeper, Dilshan, was very helpful and nice. Spacious common area downstairs.

Would be good to have a fridge in the room ... the only one was in the common area downstairs.
