Schönes Haus inmitten von Olivenbäumen, das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, super Matratze und Bettwäsche alles sehr sauber. Der Besitzer Minas und Katharina sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, wir wurden mit Melonen, Katharinas selbsgebackenem Kuchen und einem leckeren Abendessen verwöhnt, Minas hat uns auch geholfen als mein Mann gesundheitliche Probleme hatte. Wenn es uns möglich ist kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder

Tout était parfait ! Le logement est magnifique, l'emplacement est idéal, au calme. Minas, le propriétaire est très gentil, il nous a offert des légumes de son jardin. Très bon accueil. La maison dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Merci beaucoup

Le propriétaire Minas, qui est merveilleusement hospitalier et aidant, la piscine très bien entretenue, le confort de la maison.

Uniquement le bruit des avions qui atterrissent à Heraklion, mais toute la région est concernée et on s’habitue, et cela prendra fin en 2027 (nouvel aéroport au centre de la Crete).

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, idéalement placé dans une oliveraie, loin de la route et dans un cadre naturel magnifique. Idéalement pour cette location, il est préférable d'avoir une voiture, car dans le cas contraire, cela risque d'être un peu plus long pour aller vers les plages situées à proximités. Monsieur Minas est extraordinaire de gentillesse et toujours prêt à trouver une solution pour aider. Avec sa femme, il passe régulièrement pour partager leur production de légumes et fruits bio, voire des œufs. Fait rare pour une maison de location en Crête, il y a une petite piscine privative, ce qui est très appréciable et commode. Dans la maison, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. La terrasse pour manger en famille est exceptionnelle. Bref, tout est parfait.

Même en cherchant bien, je n'ai rien trouvé à redire. Tout est parfait.

We love to spend holidays in places where you can feel local climate and homely atmosphere. We are enchanted by the stay in Minas Farm Cottage. The owners - Minas and Katerina were very hospitable, kind and helpful. Minas often brought us fruit, tomatoes and eggs from his farm. We were lucky to be invited to a great dinner, Katerina makes delicious cake :) Minas Farm Cottage has everything you need: air conditioning, waching machine, hair dryer, iron, oven, microwave. The icing on the cake is the swimming pool - chilling in it after hot days was priceless (houses to rent with a swimming pool are rare in Crete). Location is great - almost in the middle of island, 700 m from nearest beach and 15 minute from airport and in the same time in quiet place in the vicinity of olive groves. We will definitely stay in Minas Farm Cottage next time we are in Crete.

The best place we’d stayed-in in years ! The host Mr.Minas and his wife Katerina are such a kind and welcoming couple, they were there to welcome us and show us the way around, they also agave us great advice on things to do on the island. The place is ideally located in the quietness of an olive tree field, a comfortable cottage with private swimming pool, barbecue and a view of the mountains and the village of Gouves, but at the same time conveniently close to everything by car: 15 minutes away from Heraklion airport, 4 minutes away from the closest beach, 10 minutes away from Heraklion city and Hersonissos city as well. Far from the crowds of hotels, a quiet cottage was the perfect choice. My wife and I could watch the sun set behind the sea every night, and it was a dream. The kids ( 10 and 12 years old ) loved the place, some times we stayed the whole day in, and they loved it. The cottage will have everything you need to cook if you decide to stay in, and we really appreciated the AC. Ps: if you’re lucky, we were, Mr Minas might let you pick up some tomatoes from the garden for you to make your own fresh salads. Perfect place for a couple or family, I strongly recommend. We will be coming back.
