ZAGREB Main Station Budget Apartment

Very comfortable, so big and close to the downtown

The place where is located is not the most beautiful of the city but is ok

The size of the apartment is great and the location is quite Ok. 15 mins walk to the city centre.

The street and house at night. The street at night looks unsafe and a bit scary because It is dark, without much light and like an empty house. And because the property is located between a garage and some kind of immigrants place.

Great location - easy walk to station and town centre, and a short tram ride to the bus station. Spacious enough for two people. Owner was very accommodating. Communication was easy and he let us check in early as we arrived by overnight train. Excellent Wifi. Great to have a washing machine after 10 days travelling (but would be good to provide some washing powder or pods as we had to buy a full box for one load of laundry). Very secure building, with a locked external gate and good locks on the door.

Electrics seemed a bit dodgy, with flickering lights and loose sockets, but I guess that would be a big job to fix in an older building. Could be improved by providing more utensils such as a coffee strainer, and better towels and pillows. Hard to use the shower without getting the bathroom floor wet.

Nice place. Lots of space and great location. Would go back.

hairdryer and outlets not working. not the best cleaning.
