The lock box is a bit problematic, took a few tries to open

Very spacious

Shower was very small. The single beds made noise when you turn at night and they’re very uncomfortable. Someone had to go and sleep on the couch due to the uncomfortability of the single bed.

We always stay at one of the Lloyds guesthouses when passing through or visiting Ermelo. We always feel at home here, which is why we continue returning to this establishment. Our stay was absolutely stunning, and we will most certainly return. We can highly recommend this establishment to other travellers.

The self-check-in system worked well — we checked in quickly, easily, and completely hassle-free. The host, Charles, is always just a phone call away and is exceptionally friendly and helpful, consistently ensuring that our stay is as comfortable as possible. The unit is situated in a neat, quiet, and secure environment within a gated complex. The facility was well prepared to cater to all our needs. Modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated, it offers all the amenities one could need in a self-catering unit. The smart TV makes streaming possible, which was greatly appreciated. The free wifi was also valued. Parking in the garage, with direct access into the unit, was especially convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, while the quality linen and electric blanket ensured a good night’s rest. The bathroom is also well designed and practical. The availability of a water tank (connected to the water supply of the unit) and small inverter provided peace of mind and would be especially appreciated during load shedding or water supply interruptions. The unit is close to shopping malls and the town centre, while still offering peace, quiet, and excellent security — truly a hidden gem. This guesthouse, with its abundance of amenities and exceptional comfort, has more to offer than many 4- and 5-star establishments.
