"Exceptional customer service"

The hotel is very beautiful but the standout point for us is the staff. They were very understanding of our specific needs and did so much to help accommodate these, going well above and beyond my expectations. In particular Naina and Sushi were simply fantastic

"Good stay, a little more staff professionalism will help."

The location on the highway makes for easy access. Cleanliness, interior design, touchless features in lift.

The staff needs to be sharper in resolving guest queries. They were polite, but should back it with efficiency. E.g. 1. The treadmill wasn't working, no one could fix it. 2. When a guest asks for a service, he shouldn't be required to follow up. It should be resolved/reverted to in the first go.
