"A great apartment in the old city close to waterfront"

Newly renovated. Bright white interior. Windows overlooking the main pedestrian street and openable for fresh air. Right in the heart of the old city. Restaurant and bar across the street. Lively at night. Air conditioning on main level and bedroom upstairs. Big shower.

A bit noisy at night but soundproofing helps. Have to walk up on flight of stairs to enter. Stairs to bedroom are a bit steep.
