Friendly staff, especially the breakfast lady.

Although it is freshly renovated, the facility is not taken well care of. The bathroom was not clean enough. The sport equipment was not working properly.

1-The staff members were kind and courteous. When I presented my concern with the cleanliness of my room, the front desk associate was quick to respond. 2- The bed was really comfortable.

1-All of the bed linens were dirty. I had to ask for all new and clean ones. 2- The bathroom was really dirty as well. The toilet hadn't been cleaned. And, one of the face towels had hair all over it. 3- I needed to ise the desk for a meeting, and when I pulled the chair out, there were stains and food on it.
