Terrible idea de que el brunch del desayuno se sirva en el roof top , MAL SERVICIO (dos meseros) TODO FRÍO, MOBILIAO IMPROVISADO( no es área para desayunar) CARO Y MUY MALA LA VARIEDAD DE ALIMENTOS , TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA CON EL ESTACIONAMIENTO ( y no marca en Expedia que tendrá costo adicional)

"Perfecta ubicaciones, comodidad y preciosas vistas"

Me encantó la ubicación, perfecta para moverse con facilidad por León. Fácil acceso a bares, cafés, tiendas, etc. instalaciones muy ciudades, cómodas y bonitas. La infinity pool era preciosa.

En general super bien, marque porque iba a llegar antes del check in y pregunte por un early check in y me comentaron que el gerente dio luz verde para ingresar sin cargo adicional, cuando llegue al hotel si me cobraron $500 y me dijeron que siempre si habia cargo, me molesto mucho esa situación. Tambien a la salida el restaurante estaba lleno y tenia prisa para irme y no pude desayunar muy comodo, de ahi en mas el hotel bastante agradable, la comida deliciosa, tranquilo, la alberca y el gimnasio incomparable. Si me volveria a quedar ahi.

Al ingresar al hotel me cobraron $500.00 pues llegué antes del check- in y necesitaba dejar ya mis maletas en la habitación. Desayunamos en la misma mesa de la comida de un día antes y aún estaba con bastante queso en el piso que se había derramado de la comida del día anterior. El área de la alberca súper incómodo pues había albañiles trabajando. Mucho ruido y mucho polvo.
