Много удобно местоположение. Домакините се погрижиха да ни изпратят подробни инструкции за настаняване. Стаята разполагаше с всичко необходимо за престоя ни.

Apartman je na lokaciji 5 minuta hoda od centra.

U apartmanu je jako zaudaralo, voda u kadi je jako slabo otjecala. Ručnici su bili sa mrljama od korištenja, dlake po posteljini i podu.

The location was convenient, even though there were roadworks nearby. The apartment was also clean when I arrived.

Almost everything else was a problem. There’s no elevator and you have to carry everything upstairs (you have to climb five narrow flights of stairs). The front door slams shut and locks automatically, so if you step out without the key, you’re stuck outside. The check-in was very stressful. They sent the instructions only at the exact moment of arrival, and if you don’t have internet at that moment, you can’t get in. Their support stops at 9 PM and since I arrived later, they basically said that if I had any issues, they’d only respond the next morning. The worst part was that the electricity went out twice. I ended up with no heating, no hot water, no Wi-Fi, no lights, no way to charge my phone for about 24 hours. It was around 7°C at night and 12°C during the day. The fridge started leaking, my food went bad and I couldn’t even make tea. In the morning I had to get ready with a flashlight in the dark. The staff were unhelpful and not friendly at all. They ignored my questions about moving to another apartment and even stopped replying after a few messages (and never replied to my calls) after the power went out. After 9 PM they’re completely unreachable, even in an emergency. I asked several times for a refund and after a long wait they finally agreed to return the money for the period when there was no electricity. But that doesn’t make up for the fact that my trip to Zagreb was basically ruined. Instead of enjoying the city, I had to deal with these problems, without a charged phone, light, or hot water in a cold, dark room. I wouldn’t stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

La posizione dell'hotel è centralissima tra parte bassa e parte alta. Tutto vicinissimo e raggiungibile a piedi.

La pulizia della struttura scarseggia un po' e l'ingresso del palazzo non è dei migliori, ma una volta entrati in stanza si entra in una tranquillità tale da dimenticarlo

Мястото е на съвсем кратко разстояние от центъра и повечето забележителности.

Не ми хареса шума от улицата, невъзможно е да се спи на отворен прозорец. Няма асансьор.

Molto comoda per visitare il centro, stanza luminosa e confortevole, con doccia spaziosa

La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, le tende, il copriletto e i tappetini erano visibilmente sporchi, c’erano delle macchie lucide sul pavimento e sul tavolo e una ragnatela sul soffitto. Dallo scarico proviene un odore sgradevole, abbiamo dovuto tenere le finestre aperte il più possibile
