Barátságos, segítőkész tulajdonos. Árnyékos kényelmes terasz, ahol jó volt reggel kávézni este pedig borozgatni, ráadásul tengerre néző panorámával. Tengerhez séta távolságban van az apartman. Biztonságos zárt parkolóval rendelkezik.
