Please inform Pueblito Escondido by Mistik Vacation Rentals in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that an open credit card voucher will be requested upon check-in. Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card are required at check-in. In case there is no credit card available, a cash amount will be determined and requested by the staff on the front desk. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Housekeeping service is offered every 3 days after check-in, and once a week for stays longer than 14 days. Any extra housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional fee. Guests are required to clean the dishes during their stay, as it's not included in the cleaning service. Any damage or loss to the property caused by the guests will incur a cost that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. Damages will be charged to the credit card provided at check-in. A deposit may be required at the property.
