Wonderful host and location for those looking for an airport hotel. Great garden with beautiful plants and very peaceful. Super clean. Pet friendly!

Internet was unreliable - only 5 mbps.

Warm & welcoming friendly B&B located less than 10mins from airport. We parked just outside on the street but the host offer courtyard parking inside through a narrow gate. Easy access to spacious Studio apartments ground level. Clean tidy comfortable and typical Italian room breakfast. The location gave us plenty of time to stop at nearby petrol station, drop of carhire and checkin to our early morning flight. Highly recommended to those who are travelling to FCO.

It was all perfect!

The hostess was very kind and helpful although we had some language barriers. The accomodation was really clean and cute. The closed garden was lovely. The surroundings were not that great but for a one night stay it was perfectly ok. The accomodation is very close to the airport but there were no sounds of aircrafts.

The surroundings were not nice so would not stay there for long.

Peaceful sleeping without background noise helped with A/C for what matters warmth

The absence of parking, compared to the price paid, but the kindness and availability of host has helped out.

The location is really good! Just next door to Fiumicino airport! The host where incredible friendly and very helpful! I will stay there next year when I go to the yearly military airshow at Pratica di Mare.

very clean and the hostess are very helpful and kind, even if what we need it’s not about the room, hotel or facilities. They helped us to get the metro to the city and even pumped our flat tire.

please, have a wine opener hahaha that would be useful. Italy has the best wines
