Great location, friendly staff, spacious apartment but needs an maintenance and upgrade.

1. Apartment does not have proper utensils- All teflon pans are extremely scratched (through away condition) including the chopping board, no proper knife, glasses of plastic etc. So if you are planning to cook at this place bring your own stuff. I had to buy a few items from Lidl. 2. The place is a bit dated and bed is not in good shape, size is small and noise on a little movement, all clocks in the house are dead. 3. Even though staff is nice but security deposit of €400 was a bit weird, my first time.

The location is great, it’s a stone throw away from downtown. The apartment is well secured with multi level of security. Has a parking spot which is a major plus.

Coming in the winter if u do cook and take warm showers the floors do get wet and it’s hard to dry them. Windows needs to be open. The reason I shy away from airBnB as there are more host asking for security deposit and expect house to return in clean condition. Eu$400 CASH security deposit is a turn off If we knew about it earlier.

Our stay at this apartment was truly wonderful! The interiors are very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated – you can really see the attention to detail. The surroundings are lovely as well – peaceful and perfect for walks. A special thank-you goes to the family who welcomed us – such kind and helpful people. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly, with smiles and a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back again!

Nous avons été super bien accueilli par Victor et Cristina. Comme ils parlent français cela a rendu plus facile nos échanges. L appartement est très bien situé et nous avons pu garer la voiture de location dans un garage privé. Vous avez beaucoup de restaurants a proximité, la plage etc et surtout des animations le soir. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour.
