Large kitchen if you need a kitchen.

Hand soap was completely out and the top was missing. Body wash was completely out when we arrived. The place was not that clean & one of the windows does not shut properly.

"Unpleasant, unbearable heat with no working a/c as advertised. Find other accommodations."

SCAM SCAM! There was nothing to like if the property owner used false advertisement. Not 3 bedrooms but only 2. The space between the bedrooms is not a bedroom. A/c and dishwasher was advertised but not functional. Owner Michele came in the first day to “supposedly” checked on the nonfunctioning a/c unit in one bedroom. It was evident he had prior knowledge of it based on his responses and promises. He said he’s not an a/c tech yet he along with his tech somehow was able to complete a diagnostic test over a telephone call. He stated confidently it would be fixed by the following day. Then he reneged. We booked a 3-nights stay only. Weather was hot and humid. Fans were also not in working conditions. The apartment is on the first floor facing busy streets. Extremely loud traffic and street noises were intolerable with open windows. Not to mention the dead air. The other unit in the second bedroom did work but was struggling to cool. We found one rating where he had done the same thing with other customers. Somehow, the a/c would simply stopped working on the check-in day. One reason he gave was that Italians do not use a/c. We informed him that has no bearing on anything. We also found molds on door frames. We have videos of it. We contacted Booking.com the following day but received no responses. After an intolerable night, we had no choice but to find alternate accommodation. When we informed the owner, he sounded nonchalant saying he’d let Booking assess the situation and make the decision on the amount of refund we should be given. We provided all the necessary documents (conversation threads on WhatsApp) requested by Booking. Per Booking, the owner failed to response after numerous contacts for the past 5 weeks. Today, I was informed by Booking that they have no recourse unless the owner authorizes a refund. Now I understand why Michele didn’t seemed concerned about our departure.
