It was clean

Sort of in the middle of nowhere in a weird ex pat/tourist village. In previous reviews it says there are lots of places to eat but we didn't find this to be the case. It was soulless and we wouldn't go back. Also I asked the host about a taxi (something the booking.com blurb for this property offers) which I thought we'd arranged but he never turned up. It was a 7.30 am to the airport and we had 3 young kids in tow. Caused us massive issues. I'd steer well clear of this place.

Es war leider nicht ganz so sauber Vor allem die Badezimmer waren nicht ganz sauber, das Duschvorhang war zu kurz bzw zu hoch montiert. Es war nicht genug warmes Wasser für die 6 Personen.

Great place to stay in Marrakech! The riad is beautiful and so peaceful with all the greenery. The staff is lovely and really attentive to every detail. We loved the breakfasts (special thanks for the vegan option, it was great to have that!). Also, the location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. Highly recommend

The riad is like a peaceful oasis and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. A huge thank you for the breakfast: they were so careful with my son’s gluten and lactose allergies, and everything was perfectly handled. The location is also perfect, close to all the main spots

We had 3 rooms upstairs and a whole living room and dining room and kitchen -a 3 floor palace . The breakfast lady (if you chose to order it) was lovely Leaving bags before or after checking in /out is not a problem

晚上打不通电话！！没有热水，空调是坏的，非常冷，还一股油漆味！！

La casa está bien, con muchas posibilidades pero mal gestionada. Quizás en verano se pueda estar. El complejo está bien ubicado, tranquilo, con restaurantes y pequeños comercios, todos muy amables y seguro que otras casas del recinto están mejor gestionadas.

Al entrar al complejo, tardamos en encontrar la casa, nadie nos recibe y malas indicaciones. Hacía muchísimo frío y al poner los aires acondicionados se fueron los plomos, nadie nos atendió y pasamos una primera noche helados. Después de varios intentos de llamadas y mensajes, vienen a arreglarlo pero uno sigue sin calentar. Las toallas estaban colgadas en la barandilla de la escalera. Duchas sin bordillo para retener el agua. Falló la WiFi por impago al tercer día. La persona de la limpieza vino el día antes de nuestra salida. Mal informada.

The Riad is really homely, and warm during chilly december. It’s quiet during nights, we got great sleep. I like the atmosphere in the holiday village. Nice restaurants and shops. Kids loved the cats!

The host was really responsive to any issues and questions
