"Don’t ——We want our money back"

Loud repetitive music ALL NIGHT from bar Restaurant Below. The purpose of our stay was to be able to rest and sleep for few hours before an early morning flight and all we got was a headache!! Once the music stopped a we had only a few minutes peace before we had to get up. No en-suite tight winding stairs which we had to manoeuvre with a case. TOTAL NIGHTMARE was not fit for purpose.

The apartment was dirty and key was not in keysafe as directed

Dirty bathroom and bedroom. The duvet, towel and bed sheet should be white for easy Dirty dection

"Dirty but cheap"

It was cheap

The bed had not been made and the sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. Bottles still in the room and not a single staff member to ask could I get the sheets changed.
