"The Lodge was just perfect for us."

The property was spacious, clean and private with a great, well equipped kitchen/dining room and plenty of parking - perfect for a family or two couples.

We were staying at The Lodge to attend a family wedding, and whilst only a small thing, it would have been nice to have a full length mirror.

"Perfect location, all you’d need for a comfortable stay"

Simple access. Location was chosen to be close to family - we pretty much only slept there so didn’t really make use of all facilities (other than glasses for wine after a hard days grandparenting!). Might have been a bit extravagant given the minimal time spent there, but location and privacy made it worth it. Host greeted us on our first evening - nice chap!

"Exceptional"

The lodge was lovely and clean when we arrived. The host was also super friendly and helpful if we needed anything. They have thought of everything and have a lovely private outside space

It is quite close to a busy road so it was quite noisy when sat outside, but my little one could still happily safely play in the garden without worry.
