景色、温泉♨️、プール、食事全て最高でした╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ すでにリピート3度目です🥰🥰

朝イチに温泉に入った時にボディソープ等の補充ができてなかったところ。水着の脱水機付近の床が水浸しでした。

ナイトミラージュが見れたこと。 フロント前の観覧席でゆったりできスタジアムの雰囲気を感じることができたこと。 シティと港側が部屋から見えたこと。 ウェルカムドリンクが充実していてよかった。 事前に電話した際にスタッフの受け応えが丁寧でよかった。

お風呂横のマッサージ機の使い方がいまいちよく分からなかった？

"Dirty floor spoiled my dream stay"

Convenient location for football and basketball spectatoring.

Dirty room floor with drink smudges and stains. Unfriendly and inflexible reception staff and managers. It was supposed to be an exciting night when the Nagasaki Velca won Japan’s pro basketball league but the joy was tarnished by the dirty room floor and unfriendly staff people.
