Приятный, дружелюбный персонал, все рассказали, показали. У нас был поздний заезд, ресепшн закрывается в 9 - нам оставили подробную инструкцию, как пройти, где найти номер и т.д. Номер просторный, все очень чисто

Сама гостиница на 3 этаже, лифта нет, подниматься с чемоданами тяжеловато.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the city. The staff were exceptional – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was well maintained, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Everything met my expectations.

"Beau séjour malgré tout!"

Hôtel simple mais fort bien situé, près de la gare, du centre historique et du port. Personnel très gentil.

Très long escalier (4 étages) à monter pour accéder à l’hôtel. Aucun ascenseur. Pas facile avec ma mère de 84 ans! Douche très petite. Pas de déjeuner sur place et autour le choix est limité.

Милый уютный отель рядом с центральной станцией на одной из главных улиц. Чистый, аккуратный. До центра минут 15-20, очень удобно. Очень приветливый персонал, ежедневная уборка. Есть кухня-столовая с полным набором необходимого, где можно приготовить или разогреть еду

Слабая шумоизоляция. Но это некритично

スタッフの方が皆さんとても親切でした。エントランスまで階段ですが、スタッフの男性が荷物を運んでくださり、大変助かりました。駅から近く、周りに飲食店がたくさんあり便利ですし、夜でも安全な地域だと感じました。

Ein wunderschönes und klassisch eingerichtetee Bed-and-Breakfast-Hotel in perfekter Lage, um Genua und die ligurische Küste zu erkunden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, im Hotel selbst gibt es eine kleine Küche und einen Getränkeautomaten. Die Größe der Zimmer war sehr gut. Außerdem hatte unser Zimmer eine wunderschöne Mosaikdecke.

In den Zimmern, die auf Via Balbi schauen, kann es bei offenem Fenster laut sein. Das Hotel ist im zweiten Stock und einen Lift habe ich nicht gesehen. Für Personen mit schweren Koffern eventuell ein Problem.
