Absolutely gorgeous property! Never seen anything like it before! Fantastic location, esp for HP Studio Tour and next to Watford Junction station. Plenty space for everyone (was four adults and grandchild who didn’t want to leave!). Had everything you could need. Highly recommended and would definitely go back. Host was amazing! Fantastic communication! Thank you!

Didn’t bother us. But if going with friends, all rooms are open to other rooms by balcony’s. Just if you want your privacy or quiet going to bed earlier. Cannot be seen into unless look over balcony as shown in one pic.

The building itself was lovely, it is a beautiful old church with original windows which was really lovely, The double bed was very comfortable, the en-suite was lovely also. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

The doors all slammed really quickly and as its all half open it made it extremely loud in all areas. There was no lamp in the bottom bedroom so it was a full light or no light, There was no bin in the bottom Bathroom either, which would have been handy. There were no curtains which did make it quite bright in the mornings There was a lot of dust around the bottom bathroom, inside the shower and around the whole room. I’d suggest you bring your own toilet roll also, only half a roll in each toilet. The lights flickered on and off upstairs as well a lot.

Great location , very quiet, plenty of space and great host

Lack of curtains so got light very early in the morning and amazing if stay as a family parents and children but if staying with friends lack of privacy in the bedrooms could be a problem.

Beautiful property, had everything we needed in a nice location, ideal for train into London.
