Friendly staff, delicious and plentiful dinner and breakfast. It's easy to find.

Before the renovation, the room was not very clean, there was a problem with hot water. The stairs to the upper level are narrow. One or two steps are different sizes and can easily fall.

Amazing stay with a beautiful location. New furniture with clean beds and sheets. A big renovation was made for this hotel in Jul/2023. friendly staff and helpful and ready for any assistance. Highly recommendation 😀❤️

"Good base to visit Petra"

The location is good if you have a rental car, easy to find, with a supermarket and a police station just in front of it. The staff is very helpful. Even if sometimes it has been a bit difficult to communicate, they were always trying to help. They have a nice terrace at the ground floor where you can enjoy a cup of tea or something.

We had a room at the 4th floor and there was no elevator, and also the stairs were narrow and irregulars. Water in the bathroom was never hot, it was just lukewarm at best.
