The host was 40 minutes late at check in. We could hear other guests and residents making noise, fortunately they didn't stay too late.

I am deeply disappointed with my stay. Firstly, the owner's communication was highly disrespectful and intrusive at the beginning. When it was time to check out, it was impossible to get in touch for at least an hour. I was not provided with instructions on how to exit through the gates, leaving me stranded outside for an hour with no way to either re-enter the property or leave. As a result, I missed my train, which caused me financial losses. The room itself is in dire need of renovation, especially the windows, which are covered in a thick layer of mold. This poses serious health risks, and I have never seen mold as severe as this in my life. The walls are paper-thin, making it impossible to rest as every noise from neighboring guests can be heard, much like in a hostel. Additionally, the room was cold and far from comfortable for sleeping or relaxing. Overall, my experience was highly unpleasant, and I cannot recommend staying here.
