Bedding and towels were badly stained. The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was in a poor condition.

Very central location. Close to everything on walking distance. Amazing shower and great mountain views from the room. There's a new coffee shop with outside seating in the same building. Rooms were very clean and the staff was very accommodating. Communication was easy Whatsapp was answered immediately.

Modern facilities 8 out of 10.

No checkin needed, the code for the door worked without problems.

The matres and pillows was not comfortable.

1) Firstly, access was easy, the staff was approachable and reachable on their line. 2) Walking into the property, the commune kitchen was clean. In addition to that, the rooms were also very clean. 3) All facilities were working well. 4) The location is also very central to most things; shopping centres, coffee shops, museum, few minute drives to popular locations. Super functional location.

1) Although the location is central, we experienced nights where there were street parties hosted right outside our room's side - hectic. 2) Also, the code given is great for easy access. However, there are no actual security guards in the property apart from the few staff, who are not always at reception. Hence, you are given a code for your own convenience. 3) Housekeeping was only done once in our rooms, not sure if that was because we only stayed there for 3 nights.
