The apartment had a comfortable double bed, and a very small separate room with bunk beds, kitchen with a table and chairs, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, plenty of dishes, stove and a washing machine, living room with a table, chairs and a sofa bed and a bathroom with a good-sized shower, sink and toilet. Clean and had all the basics one needs, including plenty of towels, pillows and bed sheets. The apartment is located in the beautiful old medieval town up on the hill, laden with history, on a quiet, pretty and atmospheric alley. Nice views from the living room and kitchen windows. There is a small grocery store (A Bitega) in the old town and an excellent bakery (Angelo Marrali) very near. Stunning scenery close by, for example by Porta Nizza towards the new port/marina and sea, and a scenic path to the Calandre beach. Easy check in/recovery of keys (keybox). Excellent guidelines from the host. Good (although not many) restaurants in the old town. Many historical sites and churches to visit. Massive outdoor market on Fridays on the waterfront and riverfront downtown. Also, don't forget to visit the Mercato Coperto downtown.

There is no WIFI available. The fridge is quite small. It's good to take into account that if you have a lot of heavy luggage it can be challenging to walk and climb in the streets of the old town. Luckily there is an elevator from downtown to the old town on the hill where the apartment is located, about which the host will send instructions. Also take note that there is a set of stairs to the apartment.

Buona posizione in un vicoletto di Ventimiglia alta. c'è tutto il necessario per cucinare, lavare, stirare, pulire. Abbastanza pulito

Il termosifone in camera funziona bene, quello nel soggiorno non si è acceso, sarebbe stato meglio il contrario ma la temperatura in casa era buona nonostante il freddo fuori.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable

Appartement réservé aux natifs du Capricorne surtout si vous envisagez de tout faire à pieds(ruelles un peu abruptes). Appartement propre et bien équipé à 10 minutes du centre de Vintimille à pieds. Attention à la Zone Trafic Limitée. Il n’est pas nécessaire d’entrer en voiture dans la vieille ville mais mon GPS m’a fait entrer par une des portes heureusement la ZTL était ouverte quand je suis arrivé. L’endroit et calme et la vue est dégagée sur les collines et la vieille ville.

Personnellement j’ai des problèmes de dos et j’apprécie une literie assez ferme. J’ai eu du mal à dormir sur ce matelas plutôt mou et enveloppant.

Le logement était super par rapport au prix. La vue du logement est magnifique ainsi que les petites ruelles du vieux vintimille. Avoir un parking gratuit pas loin du logement est un plus.

Je n’ai pas apprécié que l’électricité ne cesse de sauter lorsque nous cuisinions. De plus, même si le logement semble bien situé par rapport au centre-ville de Vintimille, il est en réalité dans un endroit escarpé, ce qui oblige à faire une sacrée trotte pour s’y rendre à pied.
