Great holiday home with garden, very spacious and private. Well equipped. Good base for visiting N.R. Cassabile and Marzamemi.

The place is very comfortable as you will have an entire house with outside area for yourself. The kitchen and living area are very cosy and you can find anything you ask for. Very easy to find with Google Maps. You can park the cars inside and close the gate.

Beds are low so not that comfortable to sleep. The shower is without a door and the toilet is exactly infront, therefore the floor is wet when you need to use the toilet. We had to clean the bathroom floor after every shower. The Hot water is not enough for 4 persons to shower after each other.

"A very well equipped villa with a beautiful garden"

The villa is very well equipped for a comfortable stay with kids. Nice garden with beautiful plants, herbs, lemon trees, a barbeque and a pizza oven. Within a walking distance from a beautiful wild beach with the river Cassibile flowing into the sea. Good location for exploring the surrounding area by car. Good communication with the host.
