"Ok, but not great"

The Room was clean & hygienic. They booked a car for sightseeing with a good driver.

There is no restaurant in the hotel. The hotel staff was slightly hesitant in providing cutlery. They denied cutlery for ordered breakfast. There is no lift in the hotel.
