Location was good.

It was not all good. Not at all opened for us. Not cleaned.

It’s fake property, there is no property available in the location given and they will not answer to your call. They looted my rs 5000 to book rooms, when I go there no property physically present, booking.com will not allow this kind of cheaters.

The property has some unexpected technical issue with the AC when I arrived. As the owner did not had a clear idea from the technican s attending to the issue when it can be ratified, he graciously made arrangements to put us on another property. The gesture was much appreciated

The staff/ caretaker talks politely. Location is great. On request (at 8.30 pm) the caretaker provide us a mosquito repeller machine after 1 hr at around 9.30 pm

We waited about 20 minutes outside the property under the Sun before the caretaker came to open the door. The caretaker does not stay near the property. There is no waiting room. 1) There is no electric kettle 2) Bed sheet was torn 3) All water taps are leaking 4) Bathroom floor is dirty 5) No extra sheet or blanket for mild cold due to A/C 6) No drinking water provided 7) No where it is written or mentioned the name of the hotel "Le Grace"

I liked the staff he was a phone call away very responsive they helped us in finding the property

Bed bugs were there and insects were there we couldn’t sleep properly it was a small room not worth for that money
