The apartment is properly equipped, the kitchen has a stove, microwave and dishwasher, no oven though. The interior is spacious, modern and well accomodated for 6 people, alao there is nice terrace overlooking the inner garden. The wellness area contains 2 sauna, one outdoor(cold) and one indoor pool (warm). It is shared with the other apartments that are part of the building so I imagine sometimes it could be occupied, however it didn't happen to us as we were there in off-season. The host was also easily approachable and friendly. The apartment is situated very close to the center and Petőfi sétány, you can approach nearly everything on foot. Overall our stay was great!

The bathroom has no shower-curtain and the water splashes everywhere. It also overflows the showering area and will accumulate under the sink, we had to use the sweeper to push it back later as we couldnt find a mop.

An excellently located new residential property, with a cosy and warm, thus modern design, great facilities (generous parking spaces, wellness area, terraces and garden area), highly recommended for the personal flair and the comfortable furnishings, offering everything you need for a nice break by the Balaton lake. All points of interest are in immediate proximity and reachable by foot, the host is very cooperative and helpful and the low season is absolutely perfect, when you are looking for a good rest. We heared it can get louder and quite crowded during high season, but that is normal in all holiday resorts.

Appartment is new and clean. Are necessary utensils are there. Wellness on the top floor is great (bring your bathrobe).
