KENLLocation is good in relation to both sides of Parapat, nice view over the lake, friendly staff, 2 pools, 1 with a great view on the lake, breakfast is included with good Indonesian food and skne other choices aswell.
We had a standard room looking out on the rock next to the hotel. Under our window there was terrible loud noice at 5.30-6.00 am unloading a truck. We wondered why the hotel rven gives pit these standard rooms And after that around 6.30 the incoming and upstarting staff was shouting, laughing really loud also n the hallway along our room and playing around with the sound system in the hotel somewhere. Not very considerate to the guests who are on vacation and are not awake at that time for work.

Rundown & filthy. Small ants everywhere, on the bed, toilet, around the cups...
AUThe swimming pool
The car park is very steep and very dangerous so we have to be very careful each time coming to the hotel. Also the room is very old and you can see the wall start to peel off and the toilet very old and dirty.

Air conditioner leaked on my wife’s open suitcase. They did launder the wet clothes and fixed the leak quickly. At 8:00 AM most of the breakfast buffet food was gone.

The rooms were disgusting and full of mold on the walls. We asked to change rooms but none were available. We had to change hotels. It was not safe to stay here. I would avoid this hotel.
