Errik Luxury House

There were two bedrooms (one is main bedroom and the second one is small) and one bathroom. But bathroom is in main bedroom. If you stay small bedroom and wanna go to bathroom you have get in main bedroom.

Adı bile olmayan bir evin önünde bir saat evsahibi ile iletişim kurmaya çalıştık. Telefonları açmadı, tesiste kimse karşılamadı ve peşin ödeme yaptığımız evde kalmadık. Rodos'da başka bir otelde kaldık.

It was 10 minute walk from the bus station and the supermarket. 15 min from the Faliraki centre. 20 minutes from the sea. It was clean but the floors were never mobbed all those days but also when we got there, full of dust. We cleaned it ourselves. After three days the sheets and towels were changed.

There was no microwave in the kitchen. Even though we don't cook on our holidays we made lunch one day but had to be over the frying pan for an hour as there was only a small frying pan. The most important issue we faced was that of the curtain in the bedroom. No window shades on the top of the window, so it was light the whole night. We hardly slept. Same problem also in the 2nd small bedroom where our daughter slept, no windows, no door but the light went through from the glass tiles on the top of the wall and also the main door of the apartment which has glass and the light goes through. We kept waking up thinking it was 9 in the morning when it was 3am. So it made our trips not so pleasant as we were sleepy all day, and drunk coffee. On top of that we had to listen to the dog that barked every time someone went by animal, human or insect. We had no TV. We tried to set it, but it said NO SIGNAL. We called the owner and he just said to us to set it. Showed no interest when we called a 2nd time. When we left, the box for the key wouldn't open (tried for ten minutes) called the owner and he told us to leave it on the table and close the door. We found two hard pillows and two softer ones. So one of us had to put a pillow from the sofa under its sleeping pillow. I would recommend there should be three hard ones and three soft ones as the owner cant quess the weight of the visitors.

Świetna lokalizacja blisko sklepu, apteki i kawiarni. Do plaży i restauracji ok 10 minut pieszo. Apartament z dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią: lodówka, płyta grzewcza, czajnik, ekspres do kawy, toster, komplet naczyń. Ręczniki, kosmetyki, suszarka obecne :)

Duże łóżko niebyt wygodne, sprężyny wbijały się w ciało przy spaniu. Zamiast balkonu/tarasu... wysoooooki mur zaraz za drzwiami balkonowymi. jedyne okna w apartamencie to mikrookienko w łaziece i drzwi balkonowe, więc było ciemno.

Il était marqué dans la description qu’il y avait un canapé dans le séjour mais il n’y avait pas. En plus il ne fait pas 63m2, max 45m2. Donc la description est erronée.

Bize ilk verilen oda karanlık ve çok izbeydi. Daha sonra ev sahiplerini arayarak ve ücret farkı vererek, normal / aydınlık olan tarafa geçebildik.
