The apartment was spotless, everything is brand new and had all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable! Eugene was extremely helpful and responsive. There is Astana mall around the corner, and a convenience store just behind the building. I will definitely recommend staying here when you come to visit Astana.

everything exactly like on the pictures. very clean and new apartment, everything well done and was comfortable. a very nice view as well. you will have few grocery shops near by and few bus stops within 10 min of walking distance. there was nothing we did not like, the only thing that for us it was really hot even though it was winter and we turned the heaters on 1 and still the house is super warm. in summer you can put air conditioning if required, we were just opening the window as it was winter. but I believe in Kazakhstan it is in general an issue for us, whenever you enter everywhere is like +25:)

Absolutely loved my stay in Astana! The apartment was not only cozy but immaculately clean. The big TV was a great touch for evening relaxation. Staying in a new building added to the comfort and safety of the trip. A special shout-out to the host for the thoughtful gesture of gifting local chocolate – such a delightful surprise! Also, the Wi-Fi was speedy, ensuring I could work without any glitches. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Astana. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We received a friendly welcome; the place was very clean and cosy. The smart tv set-up is great and worked very well with all other devices. The apartment includes all proper facilities required for cooking and laundry.
