The location is perfect Aylsham is really friendly place. We will definitely return to the town.

It would be better to have a bed with a smaller frame with the bedroom being small. Replace bedside tables with drawers, if you stay longer than a couple of nights you're living out of a suitcase. The lounge area would benefit from a comfy sofa. a coffee table rather than a footstool which takes up all the space. The dining table (camping table) and chairs, are uncomfortable. I'm sure a more in keeping 1 could be sourced. The bedroom blind was broken as was the toilet seat, 1 of the towels was stained, the radiator had coffee splashes down it and the tablecloth had food stains on.

Location, cleanliness, functionality, easy access and clear directions, instant communication.

Great little find in Aylesham with its own private parking. Property had everything we needed and was very reasonably priced. In the centre so close to all restaurants, bars and shops. We will be staying here every time we visit family now.

The location. The apartment was excellent. The instructions on how to collect the key were very good.
