Quiet space with small garden and outdoor chairs close to the bus station and not far from the beach

The kitchenette is very basic and a bit dated And surroundings aren't very impressive - busy road and round about

Clean, private, very friendly host, not in the very heart of the city but still in an urban neigborhood surrounded by residential complexes and local folks, which made the walk to the city even more enjoyable. It really did feel like home.

Foi a nossa opção, na nossa roadtrip pela Croácia, para a noite em Zadar. Perto da praia, junto aos supermercados e inclui estacionamento pelo que não tivemos de nos preocupar. A uma caminhada de 20 minutos para a Old Town (plana). O quarto estava de acordo com a descrição. A cama estava feita, ja com os lençóis colocados. Tinha shampoo e gel e também café de mexer para o pequeno-almoco. Penso que tambem havia sal e azeite mas como não usámos, não fixámos. A comunicação quer antes da chegada, quer depois, foi explicativa e atenciosa.

No geral, estava de acordo com o descrito. O unico senão é que a tomar banho, não é poliban, é direto no chão e saia bastante água.

The location was excellent, very close to the center and the beaches. It seemed like good value for money. We also appreciated the small garden and the dedicated parking space in a private lot in front of the building.

The entrance door felt quite fragile, but the main issue was the visible mold next to the air conditioner, which we consider a serious health hazard!! The walls and the furniture were in poor condition and could use some renovation. The room also had a rather stuffy air when we entered, which made it feel less fresh and welcoming (maybe because of the mold). Overall, we were disappointed with the condition of the place, but we only stayed for one night. We would not recommend it :(

Super obiekt w świetnej lokalizacji, czyste i zadbane miejsce,blisko do dworca ,sklepu oraz plaży. Pani bardzo sympatyczna i gościnna, Serdecznie polecamy😌
