i like that the 2 units are close to each other. Good for families with free pool access.

Kitchen was not cleaned well. Wall was oily. Pans and cookware are worned out and rusty.

Location was perfect. Easy access to everything. The room was clean. There were 2 swimming pools. I like that they have a kiddie pool. The kids enjoyed swimming without us having to worry about drowning or similar incidents

The guard place our key in a different lock box. We were already in front of the unit then tried to call the owner (as instructed by the guard) to ask for them to hand us the key but the number won't ring, always unattended. We had to back down to the lobby. It is then the guard realized that the key for the unit was placed in the wrong lockbox. The lock of the window was broken. We had to move the bed further way from the window because we have kids. No microwave. Would have been useful in heating up left over foods we take to go from the restaurants we ate from nearby.

Doesn’t look the same like on the photos. First night we found few cockroaches running around the room I did message to property owner about it but didn’t receive any response, next day I seen plenty of cockroaches running around the room, my partner had panic attack due to that. Had no response from property again. Had to leave the place and book smth emergency to stay for rest of the time. At the end of the day we didn’t stay at the property more than 24h due to health&safety reason and until now didn’t receive refund or compensation. Property owner didn’t communicate or support, contact details incorrect as haven’t receive any response.

Great location in Cebu. ideal for a night or if you're a single traveller. lots of great amenities in the building and with the mall and restaurants close by it's comfortable

despite having booked the rental the property owner took over an hour to finally be in contact. I had to call and message on sevral platforms before finally getting in contact via Facebook messenger for the unit number and keys to the unit. quite disorganized.
