Parkplatz kostet im öffentlichen Parkhaus 25 €pro Tag Mitten in der Altstadt kann es im Sommer draußen vor der Wohnung auch mal lauter werden - uns hat es nicht gestört

Nice little apartment for two persons in the old town and close to the railway station. Good choice for a couple nights of stay. The owner Marco was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment needs some proper cleaning all over. Newer and softer towels would also be nice. Some nights there was a terrible noice from the street which disturbed sleeping. The neighborhood was also quite shady, lots of little narrow alleys you didn’t feel very safe to go to.

Czyste, schludne mieszkanie w starym centrum Genui. Bardzo pomocny i miły gospodarz. Mogę szczerze polecić ten nocleg. Grazie mille Marco!

Bardzo dobre miejsce apartamentu żeby poczuć atmosferę we Włoszech, życie wśród kamienic z wąskimi ulicami, ich zapachy te dobre i złe, rozmowy Włochow do późna, czyszczenie uliczek o 1 godz. w nocy. Jak nauczyłam się chodzić tymi uliczkami to okazało się że wszędzie jest dość blisko. Apartament miał wszystko co potrzebne do życia tzn. ciepła woda, sprawny internet, naczynia, czajnik żeby zagotować wodę, czysta pościel.

Odgłosy z ulic, wieczorem z placu gdzie stało kilka stolików i zawsze było jakieś towarzystwo, a rano dzieci z przedszkola.

The place is very nice and it’s very close to the centre which it’s great because you can access the facilities fast.

No comment besides the fact that sometimes there is too much noise outside and the walls are thin.

We were greeted by the very friendly owner who showed us the apartment which is extremely clean and comfortable. He also gave us restaurant tips. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. The location is directly in the historic centre. The wifi excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Location in the historic center of Genoa. Excellent amenities in the house (very comfortable room, kitchen with all utilities). Excellent host who gave us lots of tips about the city and told us some things about the city's history!

You can hear a bit of noise from people on the street early in the morning and at night (but earplugs are available).
