During our recent 4-night family stay at this new hotel, we encountered some service issues that impacted our experience. While the staff was friendly, there were noticeable delays in responses and requests. The room, though promising, lacked certain amenities and had minor cleanliness concerns. The on-site facilities were still being set up, limiting our options for recreation. However, the potential was evident, and with time, these issues could likely be resolved. We appreciate the effort of the staff to address our concerns, but for now, there's room for improvement in service quality to match the hotel's potential.

The absence of an on-site restaurant and lack of nearby dining options made meals inconvenient. Heavy reliance on Zomato was not ideal. The cramped bathrooms with malfunctioning doors added to the frustration. It's disappointing that these issues impacted our stay negatively. I hope the hotel management addresses these concerns to provide a better experience for future guests.
