So I would have to say my biggest pic he is an employee who's working and I really doesn't show the guests any kind of emotion a smile make them feel comfortable make them feel wanted the person with the front desk and nighttime does not do any of that

Rude and disrespectful staff. Refused clean linen, cockroach 3 in long.gave our reserved room to another person because we was late. Never a super 8 again.

Service, breakfast included was a lie. The room I requested on 1st floor was given to someone else. The attendant at the desk was rude, disrespectful. Refused to give clean towels, house keeping item must be requested each day. They don't remove dirty Lenin or trash. The internet was not accessible, local TV that was not setup. And woke up to a 3in cockroach running across bathroom wall. The door lock key would not open the door, trapped 2 hours do to everything was left in the room because we went down to a non-existing breakfast.

I didn't like it at all

Terrible hotel. Old and broken furniture, bugs in the room, and roaches in the bed. I didn't sleep there; I went to another hotel. Although the manager told me they would give me my money back, because he noticed I was right, the charge appeared on my credit card.

The beds were comfortable, clean sheets, new towels, new shower curtain.

The tub/shower was extremely dusty! The faucet and fixtures in the shower was so loose, I thought they would come right out of the wall when I lifted the plunger to turn on the shower. The handle to control the water temperature was so stuck, I ended up taking a barely lukewarm shower. The fan in the bathroom rattled so loudly, I'm sure you could hear it all up and down the hallway.
