"Nice huge apartment, perfect for big groups and long stays."

The apartment is huge, it has three bedrooms (2 double and one single), each one with it's own full bathroom. The apartment has a lot of light and space. Special highlights: - Beds are really comfortable - there is a washing machine and a dryer which makes it very convenient for long stays - there is a "piazza" to park the car for free very close to the apartment

Not a huge inconvenient, but a possible limiting factor is that the apartment is distributed in three floors, and has a lot of stairs which is challenging for caring the luggage and for small kids and/or reduced mobility people.

"Perfect stay in perfect place"

Apartment is really perfect and looks exactly or even better like on the pictures. Very comfortable, spacious and located in the heart of old town. Really recommend !!!

Maybe traditional Italian coffe maker would be a good solution ?😉

1. First you will need to download an app to be able to open/ close the door. Please note that google maps is a bit confused and did not show us right street ;) 2. This house is greatly furnished, modern and have everything you need at the kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, small balcony, iron, hairdryer 3. The owner is super responsive, great communication, gave us some advises where to go etc

it is not a negative comment, but only a suggestion. If you could have a vacuum cleaner in the house it will help to keep the house clean ( with no sand) etc
