PTA decoração do espaço, a tranquilidade, o tamanho e mobiliário do quarto, e o espaçoso quarto de banho. Staff sempre disponível. Tem 2 piscinas, uma quente e outra normal. Servem o lanche gratuito na piscina, o que torna a tarde ainda mais descansada e relaxada. Isto tudo com vistas deslumbrantes.

CAOur stay at Umah Lusa was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly special, as the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. My wife and I were in awe throughout our entire visit. The staff were the cutest, always so nice, polite, and caring. On our jeep sunrise tour, they surprised us by packing our breakfast and handing it to us at 2 AM—an extraordinary gesture that exceeded all expectations and was deeply meaningful. The villa itself was a haven of peace, so much so that we chose to spend our second day simply enjoying the luxurious amenities, spa, and serene atmosphere of the property. The food and spa experiences were outstanding, making our anniversary truly unforgettable. The overwhelming attention, love, and care we received filled our hearts with joy. As we checked out, we were touched by the thoughtful gift of a Ballines bracelet, a unique and cherished token. we’ve never encountered this level of service in any hotel worldwide, despite our extensive travels. We wholeheartedly recommend Umah Lusa for your next stay and are certain we will return one day.

FRA beautiful hotel-resort… each guest is accommodated in a standalone Balinese-style building set in a stunning garden with magnificent views of the valley and jungle… a beautiful lap pool with an adjoining hot tub… The secluded location is perfect for relaxation but requires a car or taxi driver The food is delicious… and their ice cream is exceptional A lovely staff that goes out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable
Nothing !.. Just one comment… which has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel… Balinese people are hardworking and resilient, so they get up early and head off to work on their scooters… at 6 a.m. and 6 P.m… so it’s a little symphony of sounds that can’t be changed! Hat off andrespect for them all. Otherwise, it reminds me of French people who travel to the countryside and then complain and get upset because the rooster’s crowing bothers

CZWe have made a mistake to stay in this place as the beginning of our Bali-Lombok journey, because it has spoiled us and set a very high standard :-) We were looking for a calm place in the hills of Bali to acclimate after a long flight before travelling further and we were positively surprised what have we experienced. Superior staff, exceptional service which started even before we got there, every day we were surprised with small details, small perks and care! Unique tranquility of the place with a stunning view, calm (this is a "resort" which by design will not overcrowd) atmosphere and feeling that you are a guest is making this place a gem. And we already miss the signature cocktail Banda Spice! 😄 Villa itself was a kingdom, really nice and spacious! Spa service was one of the best, if not the best, I have experienced.
You need to be aware that this is a place in the hills, next to the road, which means - if you are not a fan of MotoGP you may find noise of scooters battling the hills annoying, but you can hardly escape that in Bali. For us we barely noticed that after the second night.
FRLes chambres sont incroyablement grandes et bien décorées. Tout est bien pensé et raffiné. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et prévenant. Le jardin est magnifique avec une vue incroyable. La piscine est parfaite. La restauration est très bonne avec des produits de leur ferme. Nous avons passé un séjour tellement ressourçant !!

NLwaanzinnig luxe intiem klein resort met super afwerking, sfeer en personeel. Een verademing op een berg te zitten waar het in de avond afkoelt, een waanzinnig uitzicht op zee vanuit de infinity pool. Wij waren met ons gezin met 4 kinderen en hadden 3 kamers (zeg maar rustig huizen) tot onze beschikking met extreem veel oog voor detail ingericht, luxe en netjes. Fantastisch mooie verande per huisje, alle voorzieningen, badjas, slippers, minibar, koffie the. Echt heel goed en mooi. Zowel ventilator als airco en zelfs muggenspray van het huis. We waren super te spreken over het ontbijt (zowel Europees alsook Balinees mogelijk), het avondeten, heerlijke wijn. Trouwens ook fantastisch welkomstrdrankje.. Heerlijk gebruik gemaakt van de sauna en een prachtig ritueel bij de tempels voor de sterfdag van mijn vader. Je leest het al, hier komen we terug. Mooiste accomodatie van onze reis van 3 weken door Bali.
