Очень уютный отель, классно расположен около бокового гейта в Ялу. Совершенно чудесный менеджер, Nadih, который во всем помогал и окружал заботой! А и еще - берите сафари от отеля- они следят за качеством водителей!

Absolutely loved our stay at Kele Yala. Beautiful rooms, a lovely pool and the staff were extremely welcoming. The hotel manager took us for an afternoon walk showing us the local wildlife and lagoon. As an added bonus the food was some of the best we have had so far in Sri Lanka

Lovely peaceful and comfortable accommodation made perfect by the kind and attentive staff. The Sri Lankan food was excellent and my kids said it was the best meal they had for the whole holiday which is pretty amazing considering they had been in 5* hotels for 2 weeks!

The aircon and shower were a bit difficult to manage but we worked it out on the end so it didn't detract from our stay at all and if it had been a problem I am certain the staff would have dealt with it.

The property was clean and the food was tasty. The stuff was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Die Anlage verfügt nur über ein paar Bungalows, die versteckt auf dem Gelände zu finden sind. Die Anlage hat ein bisschen Dschungelfeeling und ist super gepflegt. Und manchmal springen die Affen auf´s Dach. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und das Bad war riesig. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind originell gestaltet. Im Bad befindet sich eine Wasserfalldusche; leider war der Wasserdruck nicht so gut. Fantastisch, man hört nur Insekten, Vögel und Pfaue - für uns Großstädter eine super Entschleunigung. Der Manager und die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Wir mußten einen dringenden Anruf nach Deutschland tätigen und dafür hat uns der Gastgeber sein persönliches Wlan zur Verfügung gestellt. Nochmals 1000 Dank!!! Das war sehr wichtig! Das Frühstück und Abendessen war liebevoll zubereitet und hat uns beiden sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir haben v.O. eine Safari gebucht und wurden auch mit den Blick auf Leoparden belohnt. Der Pool war sehr erfrischend. Es sind ein paar Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Leider kein Kühlschrank und kein Kosmetikspiegel vorhanden. Das Tischchen und die Stühle im Zimmer und auf der Terrasse sehen sehr originell aus, sind aber leider bei längerem Sitzen unbequem.

Food was exceptional, very very good. The location is perfect for safari and the team prepared packed breakfast and lunch for us. The rooms were lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a very quiet property in a remote location so the evenings are very quiet. There is no bar so not possible to purchase any extra drinks (either non-alcoholic or alcoholic).
