Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room.

No curtains on windows only blinds that had 1 in gap on both sides of window. 2 separate windows . No lamps. And there was still stuff in bathroom from previous people. The beds were so uncomfortable! And shower was terrible 😩

Munising is a tourist town with the cruises to Pictured Rocks departing from their piers. Therefore, prices are much higher than a property like this should be able to charge. This property is an old-fashioned motel which is adequate but nothing to brag on. Breakfast is pouring yourself a cup of coffee and grabbing a sweet roll or breakfast bar--very little variety to choose from and pretty skimpy; should be called a continental breakfast at best. Looking at the other offerings in the town, this hotel is about the same as most of the others. The prices just seem exorbitant but the town makes some of its living on tourism.

The lighting in the room was either all on or all off. There were no lights by the bed that you could read from after you had turned off the main light.
