"Comfortable room!"

We stayed in Room 21 on 10/10/2023; $123.14 for the night. The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly. The room had an interesting bed configuration and coffee, fridge and microwave. The shower was hot and strong, but the tub drained a bit slowly. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and we slept snug as bugs with the excellent insulation. Grade A.

The location was central and easy to get around town.

The room seemed to tilt at an angle and the hot water faucet was broken so wet could not take a shower. In fairness, we had an early start for the day so we did not have time for the property to remedy the situation.

"We came, we slept for two nights, we left. Stay was a joke, except for evening front desk man."

Very friendly front desk personnel in evening. Gave us good tips for what to see and where to eat.

The price was too high for what we got. I know it's a tourist area, but $130 per night for a cramped room was outrageous. We had to get the AC unit to work. The fridge didn't work. We asked for ice and was handed a 1/2 bag of previously opened ice. Extremely poor lighting in room. We are 65+ and found it almost impossible to read anything. Very shoddy management, apparently. We would NOT return to the Superior Motel.

"Not what we expected"

Easy to find, the bed was clean and comfy

It was like stepping into 1970. Didn't feel clean, there were so many fruit flies..do to garbage left in the room..you couldn't set anything down, the carpet felt gross..no bare feet, the floors were squishy. When I let the front desk know about the bugs their response was...yes they're bad at my house too.
