ILThe house is very nice and the owner is friendly. It comes with a nice garden, too, although we didn't use it much.
Ponte D'Arbia, is, quite frankly, very small and boring. It's a stop on the Via Francigena, but other than that, I'm not sure.

ITITLiterally everything: attention to details in the house and towards the guests! the little garden is perfect to rest after a full day walking. Cantucci and small chocolates very much appreciated! everything a pilgrim could ask for!!

I would have concerns about safety of stairs during the night say if going down to the bathroom- we kept the light on as a result The shower hot water didn’t work properly
